How do I create an account?

Go to /signup, enter your email and a password. Confirm the verification email and you're in.

What does OpenCaddie actually do?

We read the launch-monitor sessions and on-course rounds you already capture, then generate personalized practice plans, pre-round warmups, and strokes-gained analytics. Bring your data; we coach.

What's the first thing I should do?

Import a launch-monitor session or two (or upload an Arccos export), then generate your first AI practice plan from the SwingLab tab. The plan is personalized to whatever you imported.

Which devices and apps do you support?

Launch monitors: TrackMan, SkyTrak/SkyTrak+, Foresight (GCQuad, GC3, Bushnell Launch Pro), GSPro, FlightScope, Full Swing KIT, Rapsodo. On-course: Arccos (JSON export), Garmin (CSV). Manual round entry works for everything else.

How do I export from Arccos?

In the Arccos app: Profile → Settings → Export data → email it to yourself. Upload the .json file in OpenCaddie's import flow under /monitor. Direct API integration is coming once our Arccos partnership completes.

My CSV won't import — what's going on?

Most failures are header mismatches between launch-monitor software versions. Try re-exporting and email the file to support — we'll usually add a parser fix within a day or two.

Does my data stay private?

Yes. Your shots, rounds, and plans are visible only to you and are never sold or shared. See our Privacy Policy for the long version.

How often can I regenerate my practice plan?

You can regenerate when new data unlocks the lock — a fresh launch-monitor session, a new round, or completing a practice log. The button on the SwingLab page tells you why it's locked if it is.

What's the coach (Mully) grounded in?

Coach Mully's instruction is grounded in TrackMan ball-flight data, Mark Broadie's strokes-gained research, and shot databases from Arccos and Shot Scope. No social-media tips. Every benchmark traces back to a named source — you can see the full registry on our status page.

Why is my AI insight different this time?

Mully reads your most recent data each time you regenerate. New rounds or LM sessions shift the diagnosis. That's the point — it adapts as you play.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. From Settings → Billing, click Manage subscription. One click in the Stripe portal cancels — you keep Pro through the end of your current billing period.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Nothing. Shots, rounds, plans, and progress stay. You revert to the Free plan's monthly limits.

Do you offer refunds?

Charges are non-refundable except where required by law. If you think you were charged in error, email support within 14 days and we'll review in good faith.

How do I change my email or password?

Settings → Account. Email change is via Supabase's confirm- new-email flow; password change is in-app.

How do I delete my account?

Settings → bottom of the page → Delete account. This is permanent: it removes your profile, all imported data, all AI insights, and any active subscription.

I think I found a bug — what should I do?

Email support@opencaddie.ai with a screenshot and the steps to reproduce. We respond within one business day.
