- 01Mobility (3 min). Settle the heart rate before the first ball.
- 02Wedge tempo (5 min). Half pitches to a 50-yard target.
- 03Alignment (6 min). Seven-iron, intermediate target, hold the finish.
- 04Build (8 min). Six-iron to driver. Aggression rises; tempo does not.
- 05Course play (6 min). Imagined fairways and pins. Full routine each ball.
- 06Closing (2 min). One quiet ball with the wedge. Walk off slowly.
